Work Plans have been adopted to continually update and enhance Environmental Justice Programs as follows:

1997 - South Coast AQMD adopted 4 guiding principles and 10 initiatives to ensure environmental justice for all.

1999 - South Coast AQMD developed a follow-up plan with an additional set of initiatives which became the Children's Air Quality Agenda.

2002 - South Coast AQMD adopted a set of 23 enhancements to further expand Environmental Justice outreach and activities.

2003 - South Coast AQMD approved its Environmental Justice Work Plan for 2003-2004 (PDF, 53kb).

2004 - South Coast AQMD approved its Environmental Justice Work Plan for 2004-05 (PDF, 70kb).

2005 - South Coast AQMD approved its Environmental Justice Work Plan for 2005-06 (PDF, 29kb).

2006-2007 - South Coast AQMD Board directs staff to continue and enhance ongoing elements from previously adopted work plans.
